ARCHIPELAGO CORSO

On request we organize tours to the corsican islands of Lavezzi and Isola Piana. The departure is scheduled from the North West pier in Porto Pozzo at 9.00 am. After 1 hour of navigation through the strait of Bonifacio we reach Lavezzi and we anchor at the Cala di l'Achiarinu bay. You will be then escorted to the beach with our tender and you will have about two hours to discover the island's beauties. If you wish to explore the inland there are many paths available. Following them you could even reach the two cementeries present on the island, that testify the tragedy of the Semillante, a french ship sunk in the sourrounding of Lavezzi because of a huge tempest in 1855 while directed in Crimea for the war. Once got back on board the crew will be pleased to offer you a delicious lunch with a main dish of "pennette" with a baby lobsters sauce and muscles "alla marinara" as second dish. Water, wine, coffee and mirto are also offered during lunch. Around 2.30 pm we leave Lavezzi and we sail to our second and last destination the Isola piana, a paradisiac place, where the crystal clear water and the finest and whitest sand will stun you with their beauty. Once again you will reach the island with our tender and you will have the chance to spend an amazing afternoon surrounded by the nature. The excursions ends around 6 pm when we are back to Porto Pozzo.
